Company History
TCG Company Limited was officially established on June 23, 2020, carrying the aspiration to become a pioneering unit in providing software solutions and omnichannel operational services for small and medium enterprises in Vietnam.

Completed the TCG OmniSuite solution: including multi-channel sales management, order management – warehousing – customer – after-sales care.
Established strategic partnership network with MISA, Haravan, Sapo, CNV Platform for seamless integration with existing operational ecosystems.
Launched the first customer implementation and training support center in Ho Chi Minh City.

A specialist in software implementation and system integration, Mr. Quy is behind TCG's core technology solutions. With systematic thinking and optimal software application, he has contributed to building a solid, flexible, and secure operational platform for businesses.

With over 12 years of experience in technology and business management, Mr. Khang directs TCG's overall strategic development. Having held senior management positions at major technology corporations, he has the ability to connect resources, lead teams, and create sustainable digital ecosystems.

With deep expertise in customer service management and omnichannel operations, Mr. Duy is responsible for organizing, supervising, and optimizing TCG's entire service process. With over 10 years of CRM and Contact Center project implementation for many large enterprises, he ensures every customer experience is carefully crafted down to the smallest detail.
